What do I do if I added categories through Outlook but they are not showing up in Prophet?

Any time categories are added through Outlook (outside of Prophet), you will need to resync your data to get them to appear.

To do this, follow these steps.

  • In Contact Manager select Tools

  • Resync Data

  • Resync Contact Data

    Prophet CRM: Resync Contact Data View

This can take several minutes but once the resync is complete, you will see the categories appear in Prophet.
