How do I fix a red or black x in contact, company or opportunity manager?

Prophet CRM: Company Manager Error View

  1. Close Outlook

  2. Click on Start Button (or tile view for Windows 8)

  3. Select Computer

  4. Select C: drive

  5. Select Program Files

  6. Select Technologies

  7. Select Prophet

  8. Find “Avidian.reg” file

  9. Run “Avidian.bat” file (double click on file to run it)

    • Allow to run.

    • Select Yes.

    • Select Ok.

  10. Select x32 folder

  11. Select “Register.bat” file

  12. Run “Register.bat” file (double click on file to run it)

    • Allow to run.

    • Select Yes (if prompted)

  13. Close Prophet Window.

  14. Open Outlook.
